Investor engagement heatmap
The pipeline board now shows a per-investor engagement score based on email open events, data room views, and meeting recency. Investors who have gone quiet are surfaced automatically so you can decide whether to follow up or deprioritise.
Deck Hub v2: per-deck analytics and access controls
Each deck version now has its own analytics dashboard: total views, individual viewer sessions, time-on-slide breakdowns, and forwarding events. You can also set per-deck password protection and expiry dates from the sharing panel.
Warm Intro Router: second-degree path mapping
The Warm Intro Router now maps second-degree connections for each investor in your pipeline. Import your LinkedIn connections once, and Launchpathio surfaces the shortest path from you to each investor — with the connector's name and relationship context pre-filled in the intro request template.
Cap table: SAFE and convertible note modelling improvements
Post-money SAFE conversion modelling now handles MFN clauses correctly. Pro-rata rights tracking has been added for angels who negotiated them. Fixed an edge case where multiple tranched convertible notes with different caps were not ordering by conversion priority correctly.
Data room with per-document access controls
The data room is now available on Growth and Pro plans. Create named folders, upload documents, and share with individual investors using unique access links. View who accessed what and when from the activity log. Automatic expiry links available on Pro.
Pipeline board: custom stages and bulk move
You can now rename any pipeline stage to match your actual process (not just ours). Added a bulk-select and bulk-move action so you can advance multiple investors through a stage at once after a round update.
Slack and email digest integrations
Connect Launchpathio to your Slack workspace to receive daily digest updates on pipeline activity: new deck views, data room accesses, and follow-up reminders. Daily email digest available for non-Slack users.
Public launch: cap table + pipeline + deck hub
Launchpathio is live. The first public release includes the cap table manager (founders, advisors, SAFEs, convertible notes, ESOP pool), the investor pipeline board (5 default stages, custom notes per investor), and Deck Hub v1 (upload PDFs, get shareable tracking links). Free plan available with no time limit.
